Your Bodyfat Percentage on this diet...

Meal 1: 1/2 lb Salmon + Green Leafys + red peppers and tomato (oil & vin dressing)

Meal 2: 1/2 lb Chicken Breast + Green Leafys + red peppers and tomato (oil & vin dressing)

Meal 3 1/2 Chicken Breast + Green Leafys + red peppers and tomato (oil & vin dressing)

Meal 4 1 One pint of Ice cream (1000 calories)

Total:  Approx 2000 calories: 150 grams protein, 150 grams carbs, 80 grams fat.

This is off season. The ice cream basically replaces the cup of rice with every meal. To get ripped, you do just what you say. Without the ice cream it's ~1000 calories.

After three straight days of chicken breast, tomato and red pepper you'll hit a wall and never want to eat it again. Where are you going to get fresh salmon daily unless you like driving to a market everyday but I find Fresh Salmon has a couple day fridge life before the stank comes out.  Fuck eating frozen salmon.  Just gross.

Replace the Ice Cream with 15 Almonds and 1 Squirrel Egg (with shell), and you're all set!   Oh, and ditch the green leafys.  Go with Broccoli instead brah!

The shell is full of carbs. I'd leave the shell out personally. Reduce the almonds to 13.5 for shreddedness. 15 almonds is offseason material.

Perhaps it was the size of the Almonds. Not all Almonds are created equal.

To get big eat 15.5 almonds the .5 will bulk you up without fat, if you want to get ripped  without losing muscle then eat 15.2 almonds, its simple science and I would eat chicken egg shells instead of squirrel shell its much better for lean mass.

If they're not free-range squirrel eggs, and the squirrels are fed a diet of almonds, you can theoretically reduce the almonds to only 11.3 almonds a day.
