Just go exotic like the trainer, went shopping today and got these goodies.

To replace my rice.




To replace my oatmeal.

I've been eating chicken breast Keto style lately, dipping in eggwash with a little hot sauce, then breaded in crushed pork rinds and fried till golden brown.  Best fried chicken ever!   Try it!!

Cool but make sure you fry it with coconut oil cause the MCT is going to help you burn more fat.
