The first truly huge muscle man I ever saw in person. His size
floored me as a teen in west Toronto in the late '80s.

I remember watching him train biceps with one-arm dumbell preacher curls and passing the 60-pound 'bell back and forth between hands, seemingly forever. Set after set like it was nothing. His biceps looking like they'd explode at any moment. Strong.
Like another says, Nimrod had extremely small joints and billowing muscle bellies. Freak.
Very soft spoken guy, too.
