That's what I'd really love!
But then again my habits in the gym are kinda funny... Don't get me wrong I still go as heavy as I can everyday but...
*I've sworn off squats entirely, replaced by leg presses! Deadlights too... Replaced by nothing!
*I hardly do free weights, do a lot more machines and a lot of hammer strength though.
*My diet is better than the average american but still far from what a disciplined bodybuilder should be doing! Believe it or not my main problem now is actually skipping meals... Never been an issue for me in the past!
*When I travel for business or for fun I pretty much go cold turkey on all bodybuilding things, working out and diet
