i agree with you, alcohol is more toxic by a mile. i'd be fine with legalizing pot IF they could bust stoned drivers as easily as they do that BAC test.
Bad news for me, lol! but my tolerance is super high... The thing is this... Weed stays in the system for a good 4-6 weeks. So if someone smoked 2 days ago, will he test positive? Not sure how it's gonna work if ever it comes out....
I'm not sure they care here, they have raves with 10k people they all know are leaving super buzzed taking their cars. Guess if there's no problem to begin with, no solution is needed.
