If he'd only taken gear for 20 years he wouldn't be this bad. Sure a higher bodyweight doesn't help but really, rec drugs probably caused a lot of real damage.

I was just answering that as a general question

Who knows , it's a combination, dosages, many other factors but people always down play steroid use and put more blame on rec drugs than anything, effects of high dosage use which is what pretty much all top competitors are using def has a backlash on health , no denying that
