You may be right. But how will we get out of a recession/depression without saving revenue? Medical bills are a number 1 cause of bancruptcys. Our insurance systems actually pays people to look for ways to deny your coverage.
The money we spend on the war in one year could pay for healthcare...even a fraction of it.
Its going to take a drastic change in our policys to keep the USA above water. We are killing ourselves and making ourselves weaker by trying to save the world.
Why should our firefighters from 9/11 pay $600 dollars a month for a prescription that he could get for a $1.00 somewhere else??
