hi che, could you describe a typical day for you as far as diet is concerned? maybe post a pic (yes homo)
how often do you lift? do you still box for cardio or at all?
I wake up at 5:30AM ,eat breakfast eggs with toast
First break at work 9:30 AM, yogurt or protein shake and banana ,.
Second break 12:00 PM , I eat whatever I want
4 PM at home , I eat whatever my wife cooked .
5:30 PM I workout (3-4 times a week )
7:00 PM after workout ,chicken salad or steak .
10:00 PM protein shake.
No more boxing ,I hit the bag when I feel like it .
