Yeah, the times in my life when I made some of the best gains was when I was dirt poor!!! I never ate beef, chicken, foul or red meat. I would buy bags of soy nuts, cases of tuna when it was on sale for 50 cents. I would stock up on mackerel and salmon in the can. I ate beans and veg. I had no choice but made better gains and could focus more on training with all the time I saved. So much more convenient
