The pentagagon could get hit with an EM bomb. An EM bomb would kill anything electrical and knock out all computer systems. However, I heard that the Pentagon has improved it's defence against such an attack. It could still happen IMO. In a show called 24, CTU was knocked out and rendered useless with such a device.

Good thing agent Jack Bauer was there to save the day.

Either a Faraday Cage type of contraption or a heavy metal shield. Either lead or gold foil.

Please refrain from using "24" as a source for anything remotely factual. HTH.

I  don't think North Korea knows what computer systems are yet....
