What are some of the most extreme diets you've endured, I remember reading one of your diets a few years ago..its was very limited

I`ll get to this bud........I`ve used way too many scenarios.........none were very easy to adhere to..........for the average fuck that is.

Dieting for Wes in his early competition days was easy - he began bodybuilding before food was invented.
