Anyway else watch this show?



...last season {first season} was kind of up and down but the first episode of the new season was really good.

started watching this in it's first season, then I quickly loose interest.......fuck, I miss Spartacus

every single tv show is the same. all style and no substance.

every second has to be lingering, overly dramatic, obscured angels shot with a non stop shifting jumpy camera and non stop played out music.

it's like a 30 or 60 minute promo. their more interested in annoying the audience than tell a story. shit gets tiring with no payoff.

Why change a working formula? It's all about the monies.

Agree with Kwon and CH......I dont even watch episodic tv anymore.  Seen it all 20 times over

Every year there is an "Amazing"  "Powerful"  "must see"  show being hyped...

Not really, its just another tv show

THAT was the best.

Black Sails lacks the number of muscular men clad in animal skins and wrestling to maintain interest in most of getbig land.

If you have looked at Black Sails, you see that they took the characters from "Treasure Island" and went back like 10-20 yrs back.
There are Eastereggs all over the place. It is a good show.
It captures yesterday's "swashbucklers" and pirates and fleshes them out.
Starz has been knocking them out of the park. If they do Caesar, it should be interesting.
