NRS or as its more commonly referred to Nose Reduction Surgery, is the way to go for people like Phil who are afflicted with GFNS (Gorilla Fingers Nostril Syndrome). GFNS is more pervasive (especially in the American Veldt aka, 'the Ghetto" than cleft palette is in the Mexican Veldt aka, el Barrios.
So when you see an infant with a nose the size of a softball with nostrils cavernous enough to hide a golf ball in, give and give generously. Because if you don't open your wallet...They will.
