Jay vs Wolf
Who wins, the competitor who is clearly not in top condition, yet huge? Or a guy who is in good condition, but has some structural flaws in the RLS?
Here is how judges gives points with the scale of 1 to 5:
Shoulders Jay 5 Wolf 4
Traps Jay 5 Wolf 3
Lats Jay 5 Wolf 4
Triceps Jay 5 Wolf 3
Glutes Jay 5 Wolf 4
Quads Jay 5 Wolf 4
Hamstrings Jay 5 Wolf 4
Calfs Jay 5 Wolf 3
You see, judges doesn't stare at the one little detail, they have to look and evaluate whole pose, how you present it, how long time you flex with your pose etc. For example, If you only flash your pose, you get less points than equally good, who holds his pose longer. While you try to evaluate these guys like a moron, from the photos, you are able to see only a fraction of the second, so you never know or see if guys are going in the peak of the pose, or relaxing from it. 1/60 of the second, is close enough estimate, so if you look at the photo and then the video about the same pose, they look completely different, because pose is a live on stage. It changes by every second, and make these guys look different compared to each other. Then of course there is different rounds of the competition, which all are added up to choose the winner, so how do you even think that 1/60 of the second would make a difference?
