I watched McMillan pose in Columbus via the net. I was surprised to see him duplicate many of Arnold's poses, especially the 3/4 front and back.

Cedric might be more impressive than Arnold was. So it is no surprise that Arnold is impressed with Cedric's physique.

Justin Compton looked good, too. Of course, the damn judges seldom reward those newer guys until they have 'paid their dues'. Did Weinberger ever get

up on stage in posing trunks? Manion didn't have a great career as a bodybuilder. Darn, how I dislike the jobs for the boys forever system in

the IFBB. They don't publish the judges scores any more so the system lacks transparency. They also use a method of deviation to rate judges.

In other words, if Weinberger puts three guys together then this is how you place them. The top six competitors are rejudged at the finals so this is the time

when mistakes can be corrected. Why do they need to be judged twice? Okay, it is great for the audience but why have the lengthy prejudging then?

Since judges can talk between those sessions we can kiss independence goodbye.

Integrity has long been absent from the Pro League. Controversy after controversy and more of the same in the future.

In the main poses Branch looks great. He's big, his structure is good and he is very conditioned. He doesn't make the rules. His torn muscles don't look too good and people are complaining he's gone downhill....the body is going to change over the years especially if you get bigger, he's not doing too bad. At least he comes in shape, no bloated stomach......

Yes, but his torn quad looks smaller than the left quad adding to his bad symmetry. His arms are weak, has a thick waist and he looks terrible in the back poses.

People are confusing his "melted" look for definition.

Once the forearm atrophy kicks in, you are done IMO. Branch's body is wrecked. Seems like the forearms and triceps are the first body parts to start resisting or rejecting the drugs, which ironically goes hand in hand with developing palumboism.

Damn, they must be totally pissed off. What is the point of those contests if they aren't fair? Beats me. Then we have Ron approving the decision. Bloody hell, he is part of

the problem. They give him press passes so he figures he owes them or something. To heck with taking photos at those contests.

How well I remember how they put Bev Francis 8th in 83 in Las Vegas. She was the clear winner by a country mile. The IFBB never let her win the Ms Olympia no matter what she did. That pretty much sums up
