Lol, 35 lbs in 6-7 weeks? Im not obese you weirdo

The way you were asking about advice, it sure sounded as though you had a major body fat problem. And you have to admit, 10# doesn't solve the body fat problem that you currently have. Can you see a great set of abs in the mirror? Didn't think so!

Wtf man? I was like 14-15% bf . This is a bbing site, not an atkins diet website. Im in shape to 99 percent of the world. 10 solves alot. Im way tighter. Have another 5 to go before im where i want to be BF wise. Im hoping to end up around 9 and stay there all summer with AD approach. I will add calories back in once i hit where i want to be (just one refeed day)

It was you who started threads here about the AD for body fat loss. Now you come on here and say you don't have a body fat problem? WTF?

Wrong. Try doing that once you get lean...ur low calorie baseline bites u in the ass and u slowly get fat again. Metabolic damage

There aren't a whole lot of studies that really support that theory (if any) that I've seen.

Im just basing that off of personal experience.

I did 1600 cals, got ripped and slowly got fatter and less cut even staying at or around that that level for months after. I held the condition for about 4 - 6 weeks before it went south.

Also when dieting that low, cheats become more normal and "acceptable".

My goal is this year is sustainability and being able to STaY lean without crash dieting, and the use of mimimal drugs. Anyone with wilpower can crash and get lean...but staying lean is the hard part

Gotcha. I guess everyone is a bit different. Know quite a few who have done 1800 cals for extended periods. And there is a difference between lean and ripped to me. Being lean, yeah, you wouldn't have a need necessarily restrict calories too low and you would still be able to eat an alright amount of food. Being ripped and maintaining that takes more dedication/lower cals then most would be comfortable with for an extended time.

It has been shown low carb induces brain damage, which means lower testosterone and accompanying look.

Low carbs is absolutely devastating and abhorrent for the natural athlete.

Which is worse lettuce or coffee?  Neither has calories pretty much.  Lettuce provides lots of roughage for good shits, but coffee stimulates the good shits also.

Why is it horse shit???

Because it's not true.
Low carb diets lead to imbalances. Horse Shit!
High protein leads to excess urea in the urine and possible kidney damage. Horse Shit!
Ketosis is the result of low blood sugar and may result in brain damage. Horse Shit!

What is your opinion on the best macro-nutrient profile for someone dieting? % of carbs vs % of protein vs % of fat
