Of all people in the gym I have seen in my 22 years, clean powerlifters who do the same shit year out year in, stuck with the basic movements deadlift, deep squats, benchpress, low reps, every week, year out year in....is the men who get the most dense solid and strongest bodies.
All those fags changing excersises reps and shit just come and go all the time...and look like shit!
The muscles never get used, the try to optimize the process of lifting and it take years and years before the muscles are ready...
