Nothing like hanging out with a full time nurse when she tells you that she actually preps her meals and counts her macros. Definitely motivated me....IVe always been lazy when it comes to my physique, Ill write up this huge training routine and perfect diet and Ill stick with it for like two weeks. Then Ill be out of the gym for 5 days and eat nothing but ice-cream and burgers for a week......then Ill write a new routine, repeat the process.
I know some women who bust their ass, shit every girl I know who hits the gym regularly trains harder than me. I think for the most part, most juicers are lazy as fuck. Only men I know who actually train hard and eat 6 meals a day are those lifetime naturals.
