As a father of a 15 year old daughter that's being looked at by lotsa boys, I will explain that the answer is no.
There is a window of time, between the young girls age of 2-6, during which possible future sexual attraction is nullified. That's a good thing evolutionary, to protect inbreeding.
That is why I (and all not-perverted fathers) can experience sexual feelings for their daughters female friends (by that I mean seeing they are hot, not doing anything of course), but not for the daughters themselves. It just does not happen in a sound and healthy family relationship.
