Actually that's a big improvement imo. I think he should avoid working out any of his lower midsection. Just upper back and chest. Arms and legs. See how it works out. He had a good physique ten years ago.

Honestly he doesnt look that bad bhis waist is wide yes and his arms are atrophied but hes lean and thick and looks like hes having fun getting back into good shape and generally enjoying life.
