One does not achieve aesthetics over night. It takes years of consistency, dedication, passion and hard-work. My quest for the perfect physique has been going on for 9 years now. And i'm nowhere near my goal. Makes me laugh when some people hop on the juicy juice to achieve aesthetics in a mere couple of years. Sometimes it's the journey that teaches you the most, so hopping on dat der totally takes away the journey aspect of bodybuilding. It's easy to know who's natural or not in this industry. Just look at how long they've dedicated their life to achieving the ideal perfect physique and you'll know who's a fake natty or not 😉 Of course I understand some circumstances. Like say someone wants to win the Mr. Olympia in bodybuilding. Obviously you're gonna have to take **** to achieve this dream. But if you gotta take **** just to achieve aesthetics.. It kinda defeats the whole purpose of that goal. Aesthetics isn't just about a good physique. It's about being healthy, staying functional, having fun while staying dedicated to your training, AND having an aesthetic physique. Once all these areas are achieved, in my opinion, this is true aesthetics.
