I feel bad for these people sometimes. I was just picking some stuff up from a place next to one of these fucking stupid crossfit gyms and the shit they were doing....plus the girl who was the trainer had an ass so big in no way should she been training someone to lose weight.
Losing weight is basic. Train to hold muscle which you should only do 30-40 min 3 times a week max. Do some light or harder cardio to help and cycle it. Diet is every fucking thing. They complicate it to the point no-one succeeds properly.
