and im not even shooting delts since im giving them some time off
i rotate glutes, ventroglutes, quads and lats
you dont really need more than 8 spots if your gear is good and painless
the slin and peps in the stomach of course... theres so much space, the needles are so small... and subq scar tissue takes years to form with tiny 30G pins..
