France supermarkets giving food to charities
« on: May 23, 2015, 01:12:08 PM »
The French government has made it illegal for supermarkets to throw out old food. They must give it to charities.
Its about time someone started doing this. Imagine how many people can be fed with the MILLIONS of tons of food thrown away by supermarkets every year.

Canada, USA....take note
