You don't actually see him eat it all, and this is when Kai was really coming into attention in the bodybuilding world. Could be fake, could be real. Doesn't really matter.

A good businessman will create an illusion for a cult following. Kai was marketed as an underdog bum. It paid off for him.

Sadik Hadzovic and Big Ramy are both sponsored by GAT.   Sadik placed 1st at the 2015 Arnold Classic and 2nd at the 2014 Olympia in IFBB Men's Physique.  Pretty cool dude too, not an ass or arrogant. 

As for that type of restaurant, they serve meals that you share.  And they both deserve to eat what they want, given that Ramy kicked ass at the Arnold Brazil, and both will do very well at the 2015 Olympia in their respective divisions.
