bench press- 225 for 6 reps for two sets
295 for 6 reps paused on the chest, three sets, still 70 seconds rest
finished up on chest press machine for 6 quick sets, 30 seconds of rest between sets
could barely walk out of the fucking gym. i would say that i won the battle today!!!
