I was there last year, thought I would be able to catch you train there, but you weren't there. Then, on your new dvd, you state that you are now training at Gold's Sahara, how come?

I still shoot over there for hamstrings, its 20min from my house in Summerlin, I see Gustavo over there sometimes... its pretty oldschool, and so is Decater Golds... Vegas golds are the best clubs out here. Everyonme that comes to the strip goes to Flamingo or to Decater..

That gym has some older early 90's FLEX equipment that is better than some of the newer models IMO...

Same here, I found the equipment at Gold's Flamingo old, especially the cable machines.

Wow, it would be wicked training at those gyms, seeing cats like Jay training..

Why do you like training Hammies there Jay? More equipment? The gym I go to here has a lying leg curl, Hammie tractor, and thats it..wish it had a standing leg curl...but stiff legges deadlifts Culter style with dumbells finish tem off nicely!

I think it was a Powerhouse gym - metroflex wouldn't kick anyone out unless they were using drugs inside. Powerhouse kicked them out for being too intense

Sahara and Decatur. There is one up on Buffalo too that is more fancy.

Man you guys are so lucky that train at popular-state of the art gyms.. there are NONE by me...only in NJ about 45 min from me..there is a decent private family one opened recently, its pretty decent.
