LOL. I thought it was a misprint. Bonac made 2K for placing 7th? This is what these guys are killing themselves for?

It’s not about the money.

Is about the respect.

You will have to forgive me I competed in the 90s they all still look 6 to 8 weeks out to me, wow that's modern day in shape. We used the term spilling over those guys are so spilled over, and they have so much oil swell through the delts and no definition.

All good appreciate that was then and this is now, but you guys can have your modern bodybuilding.

Walker structurally couldn't even turn pro thirty years ago, just muscle for muscle sake no shape or symmetry, at least the black guys flow somewhat in comparison.

Andrew should’ve been the winner…… I don’t know what people see in Samson. Hes not hard or dry, he’s got that puffy, inflated look that comes when you put new size on fast. He has the worst abs of the top three too. And the ab split is getting worse. Plus he had a bit of gyno as well. Milos will only make him worse too. There’s a reason that Milos has never coached a guy to a Mr O or AC win until last night.

Guy blows up like that in 8-9 weeks and now he’s the Mr O front runner at almost 40? Cmon now, do people really like him or just don’t like Nicks structure? I would never want to look like Nick, but the way they judged the show was wrong. Conditioning shouldn’t be the most important thing, but the guy at the second biggest show just won had the worst condition of the top 3 by far. “Oh but his shape and structure”. Stop it
Samson has a much more pleasing physique.

In this country, you gotta make the money first. Then when you get the money, you get the power PEDs and 18" arms. Then when you get the 18" arms, then you get (ALL) the women.

Milos said Dauda started a "secret supplement" that would add to his physique for sure. Later he said the supplement was tren and he started at 100mg a week and was at 300mg a couple of weeks out. He never used it before with Milos and was very much against it. I don't know why Milos would make this up

What do you guys think? Could a pretty low dosage of tren really add much to a pro's physique?

I was one of the few who was very wrong in my predictions. I thought he would be fighting for 5th place.

I assume it’s something like gh or igf, something expensive and/or hard to come by, that he was only recently able to use in significant quantities

Every time I see the pics and videos from a contest I don't get it. They said Derek Lunsford was peeled at the Olympia. I'm like he was? Doesn't look peeled. But here's my question and no one has been able to answer it the many times I've asked. How do the current guys look so soft everywhere but have striated glutes and peeled hamstrings? Only a couple guys from the 90's had them now every competitor has to have glutes and hamstrings peeled. How can the rest of their body look so soft?

IGF-1 does almost nothing. Everyone who used it will testify to this. Well someone will say it was amazing, it caused major swoleness and vascularity. But those are just tiny temporary cosmetic effects. And from what I've seen pretty much all use the cheap LR3 research chemical. I've seen quite a few pros say the extremely expensive Increlex was garbage, certainly not worth the money.

GH he's been on for many years like every pro bodybuilder. Come on, a 100iu kit is like 200 bucks now, money is no longer an issue here.

It makes no sense for Milos to concoct this story if completely false. Why would he need to do this? And tren is an almost unique steroid for quick cosmetic changes but I question how much it would do in a person already on everything else. Tren is more powerful that either IGF-1 and GH.

Milos isn't quite on the cutting edge of new growth drugs. It's almost certain new drugs are introduced to the market by some nerd, someone like Leo ( Leo supposedly introduced the "gold standard "of cholesterol management according to a video above) but I haven't seen any new avenues as far as that and they always leak to the internet.

It has been asked by many. It has to be the GH in my mind. GH allows you to be leaner off season and so it affects he fat pattern on the body. So you start your diet with lower ass fat and you get to dip into fat stores more. Otherwise it makes no sense to have all these guys with striated glutes. I was looking at a few NCP shows and almost every competitor had striated glutes no matter how garbage they looked otherwise. The only other possible reason is the old timers just didn't diet as hard or LONG. That is probably true, you look at their pictures, for example Arnold, and they could have been harder just by diet alone. Today's bodybuilders are often weighing their food and "dieting" all year round. The old timers took time off drugs and diet, as some say above so they would be fatter when the real prep started. Today's "naturals" prep for 6 months for a show and they get shredded although they are twinks otherwise.

I think there is also a lot more emphasis on developing the glute muscles in modern bodybuilding, there is no doubt glutes and hamstrings are now a lot more developed than previous eras, with development comes the ability to define and shape better, but I agree with Van GH use off season minimises fat accumulation, the modern look is just so damn full that they also hold water in the skin as well as the muscle, rather than being fat, they are just holding more water than historically along with having a lot more oil in their delts and arms.
