check out the dude with the beard how awesome and effortless he is able to deadlift some serious weight, just up and down with the bar.

great series of vids Mark Bell did with Coan...helped my squat and deadlift a tonne watching them! Ed Coan is legend!!!

The fail, my good man - is the fact that you didn't have the heart to train consistently after you came off the gear.  There's no doubt if you had stayed training you could look exactly the same or better than you did on the juice.  You were a champion, for a while there.

Also, 6-7 plate deadlift do not require steroids - especially in naturally large people who are quite clearly not 20 years old or lean at all.

Falcon disproved Einsteins Theory of Special Relativity a few months ago. What have any of you done? If Falcon would have still been bodybuilding, he would not have been able to accomplish this monumental feat.
