You've lost 30lbs and only half an inch off your arms? Did you ever post a pic of them? I'm curious of this 21s @ 230.
Yup,ive been training much different than before,my goal was 21" at 220 so i still have a ways to go but getting there.I train chest,shoulders,traps,back and calves once a week for 5 sets of 20 each.then i hammer bis twice and tris twice weekly for 15-20 sets each time,one day is high reps 20-30 and one is reps 8-15.its been working great.Much less volume allows my arms to get most of the healing attention.
I do this as i like an arm heavy build,not into big torsos or legs,havent been able to train legs in years due to severe lower back issues but i do calves.
