Spine surgery is no joke and fusions take time to fully set. He is a mess and needs to start using some common sense.
Someone needs to sit Ronnie down and and tell him that he'll break his body down even more. There is no need for heavy weights anymore, and he already proved himself.
Not even Arnold trains the way he used to train, and I doubt when Arnold was the same age as Ronnie he trained with the same type of "enthusiasm".

Jesus, double hip replace and fused neck in your late 40's and if he had to do it all over again he would go heavier?

too bad ron doesn't respect you phil.

Everybody wants to be a bodybuilder but nobody wants to lift no heavy ass weights” is Ronnie’s well-known catchphrase. It might also be the reason for his phantom popularity. At his peak, his physique dwarfed current competitors, just as his fame continues to eclipse that of more relevant athletes today. In Ronnie’s mind, the loads he lifted and the accolades he continues to enjoy are related. “Have you seen some of them train?” asks Ronnie when referring to the current crop of pro bodybuilders. “I would’ve destroyed Phil Heath in my day. He can’t compare to what I was. Bodybuilders of today aren’t like the bodybuilders of our day. Physiques were a lot better in our time. This era coming up here, I’m not impressed with nobody.

“When you look at pictures of Ronnie and then look at some of the top guys now, you can’t comprehend how much bigger he was than these guys,” says Brian. “Phil Heath’s whole shoulder structure would fit within the span of Ronnie’s pecs. Everything on Ronnie is just bigger. If they competed at the same time, Phil Heath would’ve looked like a little boy next to him.”

I think Phil has some sort of bipolar-disorder going on. Spills his emotional ramblings all over the net making a complete fool out of himself.

Tough to argue that.   Phil is the best of 2012-2014.   He is not as good at Ronnie at his peak, everyone knows that except the generation selfie people who don't know bodybuilding history.

Phil has to be the most disliked Mr. Olympia in history. Can't recall so much disdain(much of it by his own making) for any of the others.

No just on getbig that is. Most if not all the negativity towards Phil comes on here

He gets tons of hate from regular non-getbiggers on Facebook.

x2.  Coleman trained heavy and hardcore which was cool in the vids, but undoubtedly is what broke his body.  At this point I don't think there's any shame in switching over to light weights/machines.  I shudder to think what branch warrens body will be like when he's 50  :o

This is a computer extrapolation of his body as it will be on July 4th 2015. I tried to target July 4, 2020 but the computer exploded.
