That link was wacky but I think problem is he's brain fuvked. As such he can't assist in his defense. You really want to foot the prison bill for this pig who thinks he's on a turtle in the Mohave desert? Seems he got his punishment.

Your probably right but his dept. is at least partially responsible considering the outrageous fact he had previous DWI arrests prior to this accident & no evidence of any substance abuse counseling.  Once again the NJ taxpayers will pay for everything.
