Neither is permanently impairing your endogenous testosterone production by chronic use of exogenous steroids  under the wrong assumption artificial elevation is going to increase the rate of hypertrophy as a result of strength training.  The broken down old men pictured is an excellent example of the end result of such idiocy.

Nowhere did I mention "young girls".  Hot little blondes could apply to any age woman.

Looks like the annual cookout at home for the age......


I don't know why the local softball league can make an event more "relevant looking"  than the legendary Muscle Beach Hall of fame....

Even in 3rd world countries they make it look more like a decent  event .
