I think that some things can change.
I believe that #blacklivesmatter can be a legitimate cause and movement. But, I believe that black folk need to focus on not just what white officers do, but what we as black folk do to each other. How we treat one another is how others go by as well.

Especially when a young black male has a much higher chance from being killed by other black men than by white police officers.

Quite true. And that is one of main  flaws in the #blacklivesmatter movement.
That is the big stumbling block. If you combine both, and spearhead an initiative, this movement would really take off.
