about a week ago

they're at 17 inches now and i'm a buck 75 @ 7% thanks to tren ace and test prop 

still don't train my legs much and it shows  in fact i don't really train my back either, but i think my back is pretty ok, but one of my buds at the gym said to me "that's because you can't see your back" LOL

For reference, I'm 6' tall and 220lbs in this photo, standing next to Pedro Mejias.

I saw Glen Chabot who trained at our gym do a triple with 650............fucking animal,weighed 315 with abs.

It seems these bench specialists don't last too long. Even Spoto has been MIA for some time. He was injured, I believe. Someone correct me if I'm wrong. I think the extremity of everything required to reach these 650-plus raw levels equates to a very short top-tier pressing lifespan. Either injury or a reality check concerning the toxic drug usage puts an end to this madness, but quick.

Impressive strength for sure but that's a heart attack waiting to happen

Rob,the last time I saw Glen,he was down at least 100 pounds..........I moved away so haven`t kept in contact wiyth him.

Tore his pec, and got really hard into recreational drugs. It's made him persona-non-grata with many lifters in that area. You used to be able to pull up a booking photo of him, he was a shell of his former self.

Here's a vid from metro flex filmed a few months back with jailhouse strong guys and my buddy hanh. He's a recreational lifter who weighs 190 benches 455 here. Doesn't compete or anything, just lifts and has a good everyday physique

He can deadlift 633 and squat over 500 also
