Simple tip if you re lacking motivation

Go to a different gym! I did today and matched my best ever 10 rep deadlift!!!

New surroudnings, different people, different bars, set up, music. Different women to impress.
All good.

Someone posted on this before, but there is some kind of network wellness program through Blue Cross that allows you to be a member of a huge network of gyms for like 30 bucks a month if you have Blue Cross.  Quite a few gyms are part of this network.  I checked and mine was, so for the same amount I was paying that gym a month I can belong to that one and about 25 others in the area.
