The concept of transgender is still something that I don't understand nor do I think I ever will. I remain very skeptical of the "scientific" studies and evidence often cited by many LGBT advocate groups. I still maintain that it is more of a psychological issue as opposed a physiological one.
Saying that, I watched the entire interview Mark Bell did with the powerlifter formerly known as Matt Kroc. This individual must be applauded for his/her honesty and willingness to come out openly about this. Considering the background of being a Marine and training with some of the most hardcore powerlifters around it takes a lot of courage to do this. I have a huge amount of respect for the training history, lifting feats and pain tolerance of this guy. So I guess if he wants to do this who is anybody else to argue? Nothing can take away from the fact that he was an all-time badass in the weight room.
