So true. I feel bad for him in a way. He is a nicer guy than someone like Craig Titus, who was true scum. I met King in person and he gave me both of his DVDs for free, one of which I already owned so I didn't accept it. King just let the haters get to him, and I think it hurt him psychologically. I think Brock Lesnar eluded to reading the Sherdog forums and reacting the same way. That was when Brock was on the Pro Bodybuilding Weekly radio show when it was on Bodybuilding.com.

Actually, I think he thrived off that. He used his big mouth to get himself in the mix and it worked. Remember, this was during the ultra big time mass era. He didn't have the size to be a true threat so him and Craig got into interesting conversations to sell magazines and rise in popularity.
But Craig was not the best to tangle with as I think he was up to throwing down for real and did with a few if not mistaken.
Not sure if Kamali was heavily into the party seen (it was at it's peak here and in Toronto at the time) but I know he was at Circus when in MTL and if you're a pro, trying to be the best possible, there's no room for that. Cormier was able to pull it off though! No idea how he could train as he did and stay up for days partying and shit.
Kamali was even sponsored by the almighty Muscle Tech and for his actual physique, did very good. But what an ugly fuck of a toad, oh man...
