Everything ends. Everything good, everything bad. We are all just tiny little spots of shit in this humongous place called the world. One day I will be 35, then 45, then 55, so what? We all age. Even a dumb ass like my self had a chance to be really young once in my life, granted 28 isn't super old but it's much older than lets say 19 or 20. But that's life, you age, you age some more and then you die.

Most people claim to be real but they keep chasing fantasy and I don't want to think that's the meaning of life, to enjoy as much of things that don't really have nothing to do with survival or living, not even living a "good life".

As cliche as it sounds full body training helps to feel good. Training biceps and shoulders separately may work for someone on gear but if you're a natty I think sprints, gymnastics or whatever and occasional weight lifting is the key to not feel so tired, especially when you age more imo

On gear you don't have to think about these things, you just do gear, eat good, take a shit and your glutes will get tight.

I'm going way out in left field here.  How about listen to your body and take it easy for a week - go to bed early, get plenty of sleep, eat good food, go easy on the booze, etc?

Or you could cast around for some high octane combo that lets you just ignore what your body is asking for.

Prob  best advice yet.... Cutting down on alcohol and caffiene plus plenty of water and solid sleep do it for me... Always seems like a miracle when I commit to it. Then it works and I dismiss it again.
