He needs to work on density. He would be unbeatable if it wasn't for the bloat soft shape of his muscles. Yates and Coleman had density and interestingly they both trained heavy.  I don't know if the Chinese drugs are responsible for the physiques they have in the Olympia today.  Dexter had the most density for the Olympia and that's why I placed him first over Heath.

That's the effects of taking massive amount of drugs right from the start and ballooning in 5 years.  He never even developed a solid base.  Went from scrawny to monster in a few years.

I think that's a big part of it but it's also the way most of these guys train. Their training is lackluster to put it mildly. I've seen a couple training vids out of curiosity and its mindboggling that they look halfway decent. Horrible range of motion and sloppy reps.  I watched a jay cutler video on YouTube for 5 minutes  and turned it off. Horrible.
