Arnolds quads look great there. When he dieted down for contests his quads lost the most size.

Maybe in '75. But not by much. But he had planned to retire after '74
and jumped into the '75 Mr. O  because of PI.

His peak years were 70-74 and I don't think anyone beat him in complete leg development on the Mr. O stage.

how many days per week were you training

If you believe what's printed in the mags Arnold trained his calves 6 days a week.

I agree. Arnold's calf length and shape have not changed over the years. They just got bigger and more defined. And when he flexed them they looked completely natural. I don't see how that would be the case if he had gotten any type of implants or injections. Especially over 40 years ago.

I trained with Mike in the mid eighties. Mike had one of the best upper bodies of all time. Had to see him up close to appreciate how thick he was especially back then.

Yeah saw him in seminar in London back in the day - Amazing upper body but tiny legs and no calves at all off-season.

He had a row with Wag Bennett there about the 1980 Olympia. Wag told him he had no idea as he wasn't there and Mike said "yes I was" to shut him up. No way Quinn was there at aged 18. Bullshit
