rubio was solid BUT lost points on 2 big dodges.
any criticism of him 1) getting a million dollar book deal and still being a mess financially and 2) not bothering to show up for senate votes, was just deemed liberal hating by him.
He can't just say "Obama and Kerry and mccain did it, why can't I?" when it comes to shitty vote records... that's 2008 getbig logic and it is a fail. And yes, a prez candidate who sells retirement package, defaults on a house, who "accidentally" uses campaign money to pay his bills, well... YES that's an area of concern. Blaming libs because you used campaign dollars to pay electric bill ain't cool. SO no, he's not #1. But he was dignified, starting to get that gravitas and comfort.
