I've racked my brain trying to achieve a physique like our beloved WhiteWillow. I've tried giant sets, descending sets, pyramid sets, you name it. Mike Mentzer/Dorian Yates type training, Frank Zane type training...nothing. Seems like this guy has the genetics of a God and a body molded out of granite. Biceps look like two bowling balls and tri's look like horseshoes from a huge Clydesdale.
Anyone come close to knowing what his routine/secrets are?
