True. Rudy or Romney would have been safe presidents, probably won re-election too.To think, in 2016... the top 3 aren't even politicians. Carson, FioRINO and Trump... all have made some huge huge impacts, but also some really big fibs, really mean things said, really unprofessional all around.Repub base doesn't WANT expreienced lawmakers. They want oddball, off-the-wall, unpredictable wildcard candidates. The actual professionals aren't all that great, but solid. Rand, Rubio, Cruz, Jeb, they'd all be fine presidents. But the top 3 are jokes, truly - and it's what repubs want.
