I'm currently training 5-6 days a week (M-Sat) taking Sunday off. No bb chemicals (never used any actually), just some basic supplementation right now (vit/min, fish oil, probiotic, aspirin, creatine, whey).
I do 30-45 minutes of cardio each session followed by the weights (for 30-45 minutes). Carbs and calories are currently reduced to lose bodyfat. As time is passing I adjust time on cardio and weights, calories, carbs, etc....no perfect strategy. Eat less and do more basically.
Very strong right now....really strong for me. Trying to be super consistent, eat clean (but realistic....I ain't gettin on stage in a panty), have fun, improve health and not get hurt.
