Bad breath

I floss after every meal and almost every snack.
I brush multiple times a day.
I use mouthwash.
I rinse my mouth out with water a lot too.
I don't smoke.
I see the dentist regularly.

Those basic things help considerably with bad breathe.

Everyday I also take a multivitamin/mineral tablet, fish oil tablet, low dose aspirin and a probiotic tablet (helps with my digestion).

Currently working like a madman in the gym to drop a bunch of weight.

People who dont talk to anyone or do cardio to get some ventilation get bad breath. Thats it! Old people rarely speak to others, they are alone!

In some case they may have some rotten teeth. But that shit stink!

Haha don't know about that.....but I remember them highschool teachers with a breath that could make a living T-rex roll over and die.....their nicknames were about that too...."stinkie-stankie", "Smell from Hell".....I must say they all smoked back then.....

Coffee doesn't help. I had a primary school headmaster who had awful coffee breath all day long. I can still smell it 20 years later.

I don't think it's the coffee.  I think it's the coffee combined with milk. I don't know why but there must be some chemical reaction there.

I worked with this guy who had terrible breath, I can't even describe how bad. He must have had several very rotten teeth.  Kinda felt bad for him. If he walked in a room the whole room would smell, and if you had to ride in a car with him then you had to have your window down no matter the weather. I'm not exaggerating either, if anything I am under estimating the stench. Was bad!!!

I worked with a lad who's breath smelled like pure shit, it was absolutely liftin, he came and talked to me one day while I was eating a tuna sandwich and literally threw up in my mout about 3 times.
