Very cool, but I would have a hard time being motivated with that type of exercise.

Many different types of exercising.
If you have done dips, push ups and pull ups, then you have done calisthenics...and two of these are staples of bodybuilding training.

All these calisthenics or crossfit stars lifted weights before getting into cali or crossfit.
People watch a video of Rich Froning doing butterfly pullups with his shirt off and they think they will get his muscularity by doing crossfit too.
Bet the guy, is doing complete workouts and eating rice and broccoli, drinking protein shakes when his not being filmed.
