what makes you guys think PWO meal is important? just how good it makes you feel?
i know when im hypo after a long cycling session, eating feels like the best thing in the world. had i eaten more and kept stable blood sugar, the pwo meal wouldn't feel special.
PostWOrkoutMeal? Why it is so important? Just because it feels good? Ok. Sounds reasonable in this environment, where half of the growd thinks that moon landing was fake. In the real world, when I look how the bodybuilders in the gym are sitting in the lounge and eating plain tuna and rice from a plastic container, they do it just because it feels good? Or could it have something to do with the fact, that you have drain your energy resources to the max at the workout, and they try to fill those resources, so their body would have even a slight change to build some muscles? Relation of protein and muscle tissue is scientific fact, and the need for nutrients is biggest right after the workout, so there is obvious reasons for the PWO.
How about the PWO cigarette? How many of you guys do that? Arnie was defending his cigars in one interview by saying, that nicotine benefits the muscle growth, and there were lot of simple minded bodybuilders to follow his lead, and smoking cigarettes. Well, there is a slight difference between cigar and cigarette, because you do not inhale the cigar smoke. So there is heard of bodybuilders smoking PWO cigarettes filling their bloodstream with carbon monoxide instead of oxygen after the workout. Can you guess which is more important to the muscle, an oxygen or carbon monoxide?
