Since your rep sets are low with heavy weight (which is an excellent fomula for building mass), I'd recommend you check out the following web site:

I personally think this is one of the best educational sites out there for not only building mass, but teaching you the excersizes and lifts you should be centering your workout around. They really emphasize squats, deads, rows, barbells and dumbells using natural movements instead of strapping yourself into some cable machine and isolating one muscle.
They also emphasize the "rest portion" of a lifting cycle and not burning yourself out - I personally have benefitted a lot from taking one week off every eight weeks. I hate the week off, I worry I'm loosing ground on that week, but the next week I'm soaring ahead in all areas and realize it was the best thing for me.
I would definately reccomend you waiting a couple of months before taking the M1T, and then when you do, take it in very low doses - you can always increase if you aren't experiencing any sides. I'd recommend a 5 mg tablet once a day for the first week or two, then up it to two 5 mg tablets 12 hours apart each day if you are feeling OK, and definately not going more than a 4 week cycle. A few years ago when prohormones were legal I got advice from this site (shout out to GIJoe!) recommending I take a cycle of much "softer" prohormones (such as 1test and 4ad), go off a month, then use M1T for a second cycle. I was very glad I took the advice, as my sides were very minimal or non-existant.
As far as supplements go, don't get sucked into the financial vortex of that world too deeply - 90% of it is hype with very little benefit for your money. Stick with a good multi-vitamin and protein powder to SUPPLEMENT your protein intake (most of your protein should come from eating chicken, tuna, salmon, cottage cheese, and other good clean foods). Creatine, Glutamine and EFA's (flax seed oil, fish oils, etc.) are the only other supplements I take, and I've seen good results from keeping those basic elements constant.
Hope this helps!
