And to think, I threw out my wife's insulin after she passed. Just recently, I found some Humalog in the fridge that I didn't know was there. It too is gone now.

You can legaly get insulin at the pharmacy just not the fast acting kind. I wouldn't recommend using insulin though unless bodybuilding is incredibly important to you. It can obviously be used somewhat safely but it is still pretty dangerous and can cause some long term side effects. Sorry to hear about your wife passing away.

the OP, i agree with your point completely

GH and slin makes todays bodybuilders, not AAS.

aas made the bodybuilders until the 70s

so decide on which look you want to pursue and then use as accordingly
high dose AAS for the 70s look (might use GH and slin too to get there faster but low dose only)
use moderate AAS and high dose slin+gh for todays shitty ass look

im not hating on low to moderate dosages of GH and slin at all, im all for the use of both... but its the high dosing that destroys physiques.
and i attribute that 90% to insulin resistance from continuous high dose GH abuse (--> high fasting blood sugar, insulin resistance) and 24/7 slin use (--> also insulin resistance)

a measly 4iu real GH and 10-20iu pre workout insulin can make a huge difference in a physique... imo that reaps huge benefits with extremely low sides

Using insulin is not an option I would ever consider unless I was diabetic and needed it. Who knows how it would affect a healthy pancreas.

One shot of humalog preworkout does not affect a healthy pancreas.  In fact, if you're using GH, you will find in your blood work, that your pancreas is working harder to combat the insulin resistance caused by GH.  So it's actually beneficial.  My TRT doc, and regular doctors I speak with are of the same opinion.
